Spin finish suitable for continuous filament polypropylene spinning, be it staple, raw or solution dyed. It is characterized by maintaining balanced F/F and F/M friction. It has good thermal resistance and good antistatic protection. It uniforms the wettability of the filaments and helps the good cohesion between the filaments, simplifying the formation of bobbins without falling ends. The product is suitable for Food Contact in some applications.
Spin finish suitable for continuous filament polypropylene spinning, be it raw or solution-dyed. It is characterized by maintaining balanced F/F and F/M friction. It has good thermal resistance and excellent antistatic protection. It uniforms the wettability of the filaments and helps the good cohesion of the beam. The product gives a soft touch to the filament.
Complete spin finish for the production of polypropylene fibres intended for the reinforcement of cementitious mortars and concrete. It is characterized by ensuring good antistatic protection and optimal F/M friction. The product guarantees good inter-fibre cohesion, without creating deposits or corrosion to machinery. It has a low surface tension and is easily removed from the fibre.
Spin finish for spin-draw continuous yarn polypropylene spinning, which offers excellent results on medium and high tenacity yarns, especially in horizontal spinning. It is used successfully in the warping processes of polypropylene tape destined for carpet backing, in the production of monofilament nets and fabrics. It can satisfy various deniers. It is characterized by good antistatic protection and optimal F/M friction. The product does not react with polypropylene stabilizers and does not create deposits or corrosion to machinery. It has a low surface tension and is easily removed from the fibre.
Spin finish for polypropylene/polyethylene in continuous thread and/or staple, suitable for the production of monofilament nets and for the warping processes of polypropylene tape intended for carpet backing. The product is also recommended in the production of polypropylene staple for the hygienic sector and can satisfy the entire range of deniers. It is characterized by the optimal F/M friction and good antistatic protection. The product guarantees good inter-fibre cohesion from the staple, without creating deposits or corrosion to the machinery. It has a low surface tension and is easily removed from the fibre.
Highly concentrated spin finish developed for the spinning of staple polypropylene intended for non-woven, carpets, both raw and dyed in mass. It is characterized by the good balance of the coefficient of friction F/F and F/M and good thermal resistance, as well as for the excellent antistatic property. It guarantees good wettability of ends and good cohesion.
Spin finish developed for the production of staple polypropylene with hydrophobic characteristics suitable for hygienic use. It is characterized by the low coefficient of friction F / M and the excellent antistatic property. The product guarantees good cardability of the staple and excellent hydrophobicity.
Silicone-free spin finish developed for the production of processed polypropylene in non-woven thermo-bonding for the hygienic sector, when a high standard hydrophilicity is required. Also suitable for spun-bond. It is characterized by the balanced coefficient of friction F/M and F/F, and preventing the formation of electrostatic charges. The product has excellent thermal stability and guarantees low strike through and rewet values.
