POLYESTER SPINNING

AVIFIL HT 906

Spin finish for polyester filament particularly suggested for FDY process, highly recommended for HT yarn.

AVIFIL PES 303

Spin finish developed for medium-fine counts of Polyester POY intended for texturing on high-speed machines. Leaves minimal residue in texturizing ovens. It is characterized by an excellent antistatic protection.

AVIFIL PES 606

Spin finish developed for medium to high dtex Polyester yarns, recommended both for multifilament and monofilament.

AVIFIL TWDS

Spin finish expressly studied for smooth polyester yarn spun in POY, FDY with subsequent drawing-warping-sizing. Recommended when an excellent compatibility with polyester and/or acrylic sizes is required, it can satisfy the entire range of deniers.

TECHSPIN PES 70 L

Spin finish for short spinning plants, in particular on those fed mainly with regenerated polymer coming from the recycling of by-products, recycled materials and flakes of post-consumer PET bottles. It is characterized by low F/M friction and medium-high F/F friction. The product guarantees good inter-fibre cohesion and good thermal stability. It has excellent antistatic power.
