POLYAMIDE SPINNING
AVIFIL NFD 94
Spin finish expressly studied for medium-fine counts of Polyamide 6 - 6,6 and in particular for the most modern FOY processes with high temperature godets. It is characterized by the excellent balance of friction F/F and F/M and good thermal resistance. The product has excellent antistatic protection and facilitates bobbin formation.
AVIFIL NPY 82
Spin finifh expressly studied for medium-fine counts of Polyamide 6 - 6,6 and in particular for the most modern POY processes whose bobbins must subsequently be textured at high speed. Recommended for mulfilaments, both raw and solution-dyed yarns. It is characterized by the optimal balance of friction F/F and the low coefficient of friction F M dynamic. The product has excellent antistatic protection and ensures good dyeing uniformity.
AVIFIL PA 485
Spin finifh expressly designed for the production of polyamide yarn intended for draft-warping for warp knitwear or draft-sizing for weaving. It is characterized by the optimal coefficient of friction F/M and F/F. The product has excellent antistatic protection and creates good cohesion between the filaments. It has a low surface tension but excellent compatibility with the most common sizing agents. Highly biodegradable.
AVIFIL PA 515
Spin finifh expressly designed for the production of polyamide yarn intended for drawing-warping for warp knitting or for drawing-sizing for weaving. It is characterized by the optimal coefficient of friction F/M and F/F. The product has excellent antistatic protection and creates good cohesion between the filaments. It has a low surface tension and excellent compatibility with the most common sizing agents.
AVIFIL PA RDC
Spin finish developed for Polyamide 6 BCF, for twisting and thermo fixing on Suberba or Suessen.
AVIFIL PA SA
Spin finish expressly studied for medium-fine counts of Polyamide 6 and 6.6 and in particular for the most modern POY processes whose bobbins must subsequently be textured at high speed. Recommended for multifilaments, both raw and solution-dyed yarns. The product is characterized by the optimal balance F/F and the low coefficient of friction F/M dynamic. It has excellent antistatic protection which allows for excellent bobbin formation. Ensure good dyeing uniformity.
