Watery dispersion of poly-siloxane resins, which can be used as binder in paints and plasters formulations for building sector. The treated surfaces are characterized by a low water absorption, good resistance to light, good water vapour and CO2 permeability. The product provides a very nice beading effect, protecting the support from the aggression of atmospheric agents and extending its life-span. Being odourless, it can be used both indoors and outdoors.
