TEXTILE PRINTING
Achitex Minerva Group produces and distributes products for both continuous and discontinuous printing of textiles (screen and digital printing).
The constantly updated and expanded wide range offers Customers versatile products which can be used for printing upholstery and furnishing fabrics and garments, with excellent quality results.
Today, our portfolio of textile printing products includes:
• ready-to-use pastes and pigment dispersions for continuous printing
• screen printing ranges (water-based, Plastisol, PVC-free Plastisol-like, silicones)
• digital printing pre-treatments
• pigment-based inks for digital printing
Most Achitex Minerva printing products are on the Inditex list and hold GOTS, bluesign® and ZDHC certifications.
The range can be modified in response to the demands of the market and our Customers, without any reduction in quality.
DTF INKS
The digital inks of Achitex Minerva combine the experience of over 70 years in pigment dispersions, to that developed in printing and textile auxiliary.
The experience, combined with the passion of the Achitex Minerva team, allowed to develop a line of inks dedicated to DTF printing.
These are water-based pigment inks, which allow you to get prints with bright colors and well detailed contours.
The range consists of the classic four-colour + white:
- MINERJET DTF CYAN E
- MINERJET DTF MAGENTA E
- MINERJET DTF YELLOW E
- MINERJET DTF BLACK E
- MINERJET DTF WHITE E
The Minerjet DTF E range is characterized by a very high stability in the machine, excellent printability on all types of polyester film and the absence of toxic and volatile substances (VOC).
MINERJET DTF SPECIAL
Innovative water-based chemical, which allows to obtain special effects, such as foil, flock, glitter,
through DTF printing. This product can be printed on polyester film for DTF printing or directly on mylar sheet.
The printing industry is updating and adding new digital technologies. The new DTG and DTF range is a real novelty.
