Achitex Minerva Group produces and distributes products for both continuous and discontinuous printing of textiles (screen and digital printing).
The constantly updated and expanded wide range offers Customers versatile products which can be used for printing upholstery and furnishing fabrics and garments, with excellent quality results.
Today, our portfolio of textile printing products includes:
• ready-to-use pastes and pigment dispersions for continuous printing
• screen printing ranges (water-based, Plastisol, PVC-free Plastisol-like, silicones)
• digital printing pre-treatments
• pigment-based inks for digital printing
Most Achitex Minerva printing products are on the Inditex list and hold GOTS, bluesign® and ZDHC certifications.
The range can be modified in response to the demands of the market and our Customers, without any reduction in quality.
ADDITIVES FOR PLAST
PLAST CATALYST
Catalyst formulated to increase the physical and mechanical resistance of PLAST inks, ideal for reducing polymerization times or temperatures, or for all items that will subsequently undergo extremely aggressive washing processes (eg stone wash). The product can also be used as an adhesion promoter in PLAST DROP during the flock transfer process in the calender.
PLAST CURABLE REDUCER
Very transparent liquid resin, designed to be added to all PLAST products, both to reduce their viscosity and to reduce polymerization times and temperatures.
PLAST LUBRILAC
Fluidifier for plastisol inks formulated to reduce the viscosity of the PLAST series products, while maintaining the polymerization temperature and the final coat unchanged. The product also improves wet-on-wet printability.
PLASTFOAM ADDITIVE LF
Screen printing ink that allows to obtain a swelling effect, particularly suitable for printing to obtain clear lines and not excessively rounded.
THINNER
Solvent designed to reduce the viscosity of the products of the PLAST range and of the MINERSIL range (silicone based).
