Achitex Minerva S.p.A. (Italy) - Headquarters
Achitex Minerva S.p.A. was born on 1 January 2010 from the union of Achitex S.r.l., engaged since 1981 in the production and marketing of auxiliaries for the textile industry, and Minerva S.p.A., operating since 1948 in the sector of pigment dispersions, ready-made pastes and auxiliaries for printing.
In 2011 it expanded its know-how and consolidated its presence in the world through the acquisition of the textile branch of the company Lamberti S.p.A. for EMEA markets.
The current product range of Achitex Minerva consists of over 1.200 products for different textile applications, from spinning to finishing, from continuous to discontinuous printing and for non-textile industrial sectors such as the building sector ((protection and renewal of building materials), adhesives for paper cones, fiberglass and pigment dispersions intended for water-based paints, adhesive tapes, abrasive fibers, flexography and much more.
Achitex Minerva France S.A.S.U. (France)
Sicolor was founded in 1951 as a small distribution company specializing in the wholesale of chemicals and dyes for the textile and paper industry. At the end of the sixties it became distributor of the products of the company Minerva S.p.A.
In 2005 Sicolor was integrated into the Italian Achitex Minerva Group which allowed it to diversify into other sectors. Today the company covers the textile, paper and construction sectors, with the aim of consolidating its presence on the markets and broadening its horizons towards new sectors.
In January 2018 the Sicolor name was changed to Achitex Minerva France S.A.S.U.
The head office is located in Rixheim and brings together laboratories (research and development, application) and commercial and administrative services, with a workforce of 10 people.
Achitex Minerva Polska SP. Z O.O. (Poland)
The company PTH MIKRONET S.A. was born in 1988 in Bielsko-Biała, as an importer of computer hardware for the Polish market.
In 1990, due to the strong Polish textile tradition, he started dealing with chemical products for the textile industry and in 1999 he bought and restructured the headquarters in Łódź, now the company's registered office.
In July 2017 it became part of the Achitex Minerva Group and today distributes its chemical products for the textile industry.
In July 2018 it became Achitex Minerva Polska SP. ZOO.
Achitex Minerva Portugal, unipessoal, LDA

Achitex Minerva Portugal, unipessoal, LDA was born from the acquisition of the company Rui Cardoso & C LDA by Minerva S.p.A. in 1998, under the name of Minercor LDA.
The company, manufacturer of textile dyes, becomes the exclusive representative in Portugal of Minerva S.p.A. until 2006, when it joined the Achitex Minerva Group and expanded its business, investing in the screen printing, footwear and automotive sectors.

Achitex Minerva Colombia SAS in Bogotà was born on 1 July 2019, through the acquisition of the corporate assets of the already existing company Minerva Color Colombiana LTDA.
Through this acquisition, which also involved the production plants, the company plays a primary role in the territory as a manufacturer and supplier of printing products, pigments and textile auxiliaries, destined for the local and adjacent market.
Achitex Minerva Colombia SAS is another important step that allows the Group to reduce delivery times and provide quick responses to customer needs.

THE HISTORY OF
ACHITEX MINERVA GROUP
The Group originated from the merger, in 2006, of two major, long-established textile companies, Minerva S.p.A. (1948) And Achitex S.r.l (1981), which combined their respective know-hows in a single organisation and completed their product offering.
An increasingly competitive market and the need to access export markets led the parent company to broaden its horizons.
A series of acquisitions enabled the company to grow indirectly and to become the well-structured, international Group of today.
It is present directly with its own Companies in 8 countries and 4 continents: Italy, France, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Turkey, South Africa and Colombia and thanks to a consolidated network of distributors and collaborators, Achitex Minerva is able to provide products and assistance technique all over the world.
MINERVA S.P.A. FOUNDATION
Minerva S.p.A. is founded in Milan, engaged in the production and sells of chemical products for pigment textile printing, specifically water-based pigment dispersions.
ACHITEX S.R.L. FOUNDATION
A.chi.tex S.r.l. is born, with legal and operational headquarters in Pianengo, engaged in the production and sells of chemical auxiliaries for the textile industry, for glass fiber and for paper cones.
HEADQUARTERS
A.Chi.Tex S.r.l. builds a new factory and moves its headquarters to its current headquarters, located in Vaiano Cremasco in the province of Cremona, about 40km from the main cities of northern Italy.
EXPANSION
The whole Achitex S.r.l. building is expanded and renovated, to accommodate new production plants and all the spaces destined for warehouses, laboratories and offices are enlarged.
NOVACHEM S.P.A. ACQUISITION
A.chi.tex S.r.l. decides to expand its know-how through the acquisition of other companies. It finalises the acquisition of the auxiliaries and chemicals branch of Novachem S.p.A.
SICOLOR SARL ACQUISITION
A.chi.Tex acquires the French company Sicolor S.a.r.l. specialized in the marketing of textile auxiliaries and pigments, as well as dyes for the paper industry. Since 2018 it is called Achitex Minerva France S.A.S.U.
MINERVA ACQUISITION AND INTERNATIONALIZATION
A.chi.tex S.r.l. acquires Minerva S.p.A., with its subsidiaries in Spain (Minerva Color SL since 2013 Achitex Minerva S.L.), Portugal (Minercor Corantes Texteis de Portugal Lda, since 2014 Achitex Minerva Portugal, unipessoal, Lda) and South America (Colombia and Brazil). The Group is born.
ALPHA COLOR DUE S.R.L. ACQUISITION
Acquisition of Alpha Color Due S.r.l. leader in the distribution of any type of dyes, from direct to reactive, to VAT, for the textile and paper industry.
EXPANSION
The plant is further expanded to have a covered area of over 20.000 sqm. The new construction includes latest-generation plants, warehouses, offices and an area of 1.200 sqm for R&D and quality laboratories.
ACHITEX MINERVA S.P.A.
On 1 January 2010, with the transfer of the Achitex operating branch to Minerva, the company name of Minerva S.p.A. changes in Achitex Minerva S.p.A., having its legal and operational headquarters in Vaiano Cremasco.
ACQUISITION OF TEXTILE DIVISION OF LAMBERTI S.P.A.
Acquisition of the textile division of Lamberti for the EMEA markets. This enabled the incorporation of Achitex Minerva Kimya Ltd Sti in Turkey and Achitex Minerva Chemical (Pty) Ltd in South Africa.
PTH MIKRONET S.A. ACQUISITION
The Group expands thanks to the acquisition of the Polish company PTH MIKRONET S.A. based in Łód´z, which has been selling textile industry products since 1990. It is now known as Achitex Minerva Polska SP. Z O.O.
